What is your company background?
We are based in beautiful Tallahassee, FL and were founded in 2006 as a Registered Florida Corporation. As an internet company primarily dealing in cell phones, we have been selling on ebay full time for over 4 years. We are now expanding to the internet with our own site. We hope to reach even more people with our great deals and excellent service. We welcome the chance to earn your business.

What payment forms do you accept?
We accept several forms of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discovercard are all accepted through both Google Checkout and Paypal. We are longtime members of both services. Paypal will also let you pay with a bank account transfer. For added convenience, we also accept Amazon Payments. If you are unable to setup and account with one of these services, contact us directly and we can discuss alternative payment types.
How long until I receive my order?
We strive to process and ship orders quickly. We work hard to keep our inventory as accurate as possible so if you order before 5pm EST on a business day, your order should ship out THAT SAME DAY. If after 5pm it will ship out the NEXT business day. Keep in mind Saturday, Sunday, and US holidays are not business days. You will receive a shipping notification as well as a tracking/delivery confirmation number. You can track your order right from the DMTEnterprise Webpage. Domestic Orders should take 2-3 business days with priority mail. International Orders with Express Mail (EMS) should take 5-7 Business days. UPS is available for faster International Delivery if needed.
What carrier do you use to ship orders?
We use 2 carriers, United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS). USPS is usually cheaper and very quick, usually 2-3 business days transit time. UPS has many different levels of service: Ground, 2nd day Air, 3 day select, Next Day Air, etc. Each service has its own cost and speed. These shipping options will be displayed clearly for you before you order is complete and you will have the option to choose which you'd like.
