This part replaces a broken Front Glass and non responsive touch screen on iphone 3G ONLY.

It is not compatible with iphone 2G or iphone 3GS

The LCD is another part. If your LCD is not powering on or visible, this part will not fix your problem.

This is the part you need if your LCD displays properly, but the touchscreen glass overlay is not working or is cracked.
