Cell Phones:
If you choose to return an unwanted Cell Phone purchase for a refund, we will
offer a refund for the price of the product - 15% restocking fee. This Rate
applies only for NEW and FULLY REFURBISHED items. For
USED or PARTIALLY REFURBISHED items, the fee
is only 10%.
DMTEnterprise sells Used, Refurbished, and New items. For Used items, if a customer wants a return because they are unsatisfied with the condition of the item, they simply need to fill out the RMA form within 30 days. A Restocking fee of 5% applies to returns in this category. If unclear before purchasing, ask for more details regarding item condition. Many items in the Item Condition tab have photos of exact or comparable items.
DMTEnterprise RMA Form must be filled out within

days of receipt of new phones, and 30 days of all others to qualify
for a return.
If you make a purchase and the product does not receive service in your area
(i.e. wrong carrier), we will offer a refund for the price of the product - 5%
restocking fee. The item must be in the same condition as when sold.
For NEW items to qualify for this, they must be unused.
Please consult the 'Carrier Compatibility' Tab to eliminate this
problem.
If you refuse the package after it has already been shipped out from our
warehouse, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied on the merchandise. Shipping &
Handling charges will not be refunded. In addition, if the
refused package is lost or delayed, the refund will only be given
when the item is received by DMTEnterprise. We do not recommend
marking an item "Return to sender" It is best to send it with
tracking and insurance.
Incurred
Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable and will be deducted from any
refunds given.
DMTEnterprise guarantees the voice and text features of the cell phone to work
100% with your service. DMTEnterprise is not responsible for the settings
of the phone's browser, Email, MMS, SMS, GPRS, WAP, Picture sending or any other
network related setup other than the voice and text features. If you set up the
phone properly, you will have all the features working on the phone. For
additional setup instructions please contact your current phone service provider
or look for instructions on www.howardforums.com. There will be no refund or
exchange if you are unable to setup the browser, mms, sms, gprs, wap or any
other internet related setup except the voice and text features.
Defective Cellular Phones:
Cell Phones can be exchanged provided that the life of the unit has less than
thirty minutes used, and is within a period of seven (7) days from the date of
delivery.If applicable, the item MUST be in original factory condition including all packaging
materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all
accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We
will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or
taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
The equipment must be returned as original with all components within the box.
It must be like new condition without any kind of cosmetic or internal damage to
the unit and its components.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape
securely.
You are responsible for return shipping to DMTEnterprise. We will bear
the cost of shipment of the replacement item to you. If defective, we will offer store credit
in the amount of your incurred shipping charges. The rate will given
will be for the calculated cost of USPS Priority mail. Any charges
above the cost of sending by USPS Priority mail for different mail
services will be the responsibility of the consumer. This applies to
both returns and exchanges of a defective item.
* Any returned item lost in the mail will not be responsible by DMTEnterprise
* All items will be sent with tracking numbers and we guarantee that
all items sent will be delivered as confirmed by aforementioned tracking numbers.
* All return items MUST be in the same condition sold.
* Any items sent to a non-deliverable address or refused delivery by the buyer
will be subject to a 5% restocking fee and the incurred shipping
costs.
* Returns and exchanges are subject to the exact same terms and
conditions. Refunds will be given via the original payment
method, while exchanges will be given as store credit.
* On the RMA form, you will be able to select return or exchange.
* Items that are returned damaged or broken will be refused refunds.
* Items such as unlocked iPhones that have software
modifications MUST be returned in the same state as sold.
* All returned items for cash refunds are subject to a restocking fee,
if applicable.
* All items will be inspected on return and if the items are
not defective you will be charged the appropriate restocking fee.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping . This also applies to
defective items.
* All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and
all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.
Electronics and Laptop Computers:
Items sold in the electronics section
such as laptop computers will have no warranty through DMTEnterprise. They will
only carry the manufacturer's warranty through their respective manufacturers.
For example, Macbook Pro computers will have warranty only through Apple
Computers.
Select items will also not be eligible for returns with DMTEnterprise. Please
review the ITEM CONDITION tab for more information on these items.
At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing
items or items that we determine are damaged or require service. These charges
will be deducted from the return.
